Calendar Sync

TL;DR: Get your calendar link from TroopBook → Add to your calendar app → Done! Events appear automatically.

What You'll Get

All TroopBook events appear in your phone or computer calendar app automatically. When leaders create, change, or cancel events, your calendar updates on its own.

Get Your Calendar Link

As a Leader:

1. Settings → Tokens → Create Token
2. Select "Calendar Feed"
3. Copy the link
4. Share with your unit (via email or newsletter)

As a Parent/Member: Your unit leader will send you a link. Keep it handy for the next step.

Add to Your Calendar

Pick your calendar app below and follow the steps:

iPhone or iPad (Apple Calendar)

1. Tap the link your leader sent you
2. Tap Subscribe
3. Done! Events now appear in your calendar

Android (Google Calendar)

1. Open Google Calendar app
2. Tap the menu (≡) → Settings
3. Tap Add calendar → From URL
4. Paste the link your leader sent
5. Tap Add

Computer (Mac/Windows/Web)

Google Calendar:

1. Open Google Calendar
2. Click + next to "Other calendars"
3. Click From URL
4. Paste the link → Click Add calendar

Apple Calendar (Mac):

1. Open Calendar app
2. File → New Calendar Subscription
3. Paste the link → Click Subscribe

Outlook:

1. Open Outlook
2. File → Account Settings → Internet Calendars → New
3. Paste the link → Click Add

That's It!

Events from TroopBook now show up in your calendar. Changes update automatically - nothing else to do.
