TroopBook provides software-as-a-service tools for youth program coordination, communication, and record keeping. We may update or modify features at any time without prior notice.

Paid features may be subject to subscription fees. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. We may suspend or cancel access to the Service for unpaid amounts. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
TroopBook and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The Service may integrate with third-party products. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. TroopBook is not responsible for third-party services.
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, updates, and external factors may affect availability. Support resources and response times may vary.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses risk to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain Customer Content as required by law or to comply with legal obligations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TroopBook disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TroopBook and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. TroopBook's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TroopBook, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
